Description

Semaglutide reduces body weight and fat mass by lowering energy intake, leading to a general reduction in appetite. Semaglutide also reduces preference for high-fat foods.

According to clinical studies, semaglutide has a beneficial effect on plasma lipids, lowers systolic blood pressure and reduces inflammation.

Semaglutide is a GLP-1 analog with 94% homology to human GLP-1. It acts as a GLP-1 receptor agonist, selectively binding and activating the GLP-1 receptor, the target of native GLP-1. GLP-1 is a physiological hormone with multiple effects on glucose and appetite regulation, as well as on the cardiovascular system.

Currently considered the best peptide for weight loss, with a loss of 15% to 20% of total body weight over a 3-month cycle.

We recommend reconstituting with 2ml of Bacteriostiatic water, then following an adapted protocol such as :

- 2 first weeks 10IU (0,25mg)

- 4 weeks 20IU (0,50mg)

- 2 weeks 30IU (0,75mg)

- 4 weeks 40IU (1mg)

- 2 weeks 50IU (1,25mg)

- Maintain à 60IU (1,50mg) maximum dosage if you can tolerate, low dosage if needed.
